Workforce Plus was launched in December 2004 in Southampton. It was an immediate success, and at first there were insufficient
workers to meet the needs of our numerous satisfied clients. For many clients it was a new experience to take on Polish workers, and all have been
delighted and surprised with the results.

Our Goal. Our aim is to work in partnership with our clients and candidates, so as to provide an efficient and effective recruitment solution. We give clients
access an extensive resource to call on for hard working, skilled staff, and strive to provide candidates with suitable employment for job satisfaction
and to make full use of their skills. We provide full support for all candidates; including: assistance with setting up bank account; home office
worker registration; obtaining a national insurance number. Our dedicated team will also deal with all PAYE and NICs for temporary staff, and ensure all staff receive fair rates of pay.
